Download LogifyEA.mq5 above
Open MT5 → File → Open Data Folder
Navigate to MQL5 / Experts and paste the file there
Restart MT5 and go to Navigator → Expert Advisors
Drag LogifyEA onto any chart
Paste your API Key in the input field and click OK
Make sure AutoTrading is enabled in the toolbar
Go to MT5 Tools → Options → Expert Advisors → check Allow WebRequest and add https://getlogify.io

Important: Step 8 (allowing WebRequest) is required — without it MT5 blocks the connection to Logify. The EA works on any broker and any instrument.

🎯 What is Logify?

Logify is more than a trading journal — it's a complete Trading Intelligence Platform. We don't just measure your P&L, but also your discipline, psychology, behavioral patterns and growth as a trader. Other tools measure what you traded. Logify measures who you are as a trader — and helps you improve that person.

🏆 How does the Discipline Score work?

The Discipline Score is automatically calculated every day based on your trades. You set your own rules — by default there are 5 criteria but you can fully customize them:

No revenge trade 20pt

💡 You can add custom rules and toggle the default rules on/off. The point distribution recalculates automatically — always 100 points total.

📊 What are accounts and how do I use them?

With accounts you track multiple trading accounts — for example a Challenge, Phase 2, or a live account. Each account has its own statistics. You filter by account on the dashboard and in the analysis. Give each account a recognizable name via ⚙️ Accounts in the sidebar.

⚡ How does the AI screenshot analysis work?

Go to New trade and upload a screenshot from MetaTrader. The AI automatically reads:

✓ Pair and direction (Long/Short)

✓ Lotsize and timeframe

✓ Open and close price

✓ P&L and commission

You then fill in session, setup, emotion and notes. Works best with a clear screenshot of a closed trade in MetaTrader.

🔌 How do I connect MetaTrader 5?

Install the free Logify EA in MT5. Every trade you close is automatically sent to your journal — including instrument, direction, lot size and P&L.

1. Go to Settings → MT5 Connection and copy your API Key

2. Download LogifyEA.mq5 and place it in MQL5/Experts

3. Drag the EA onto a chart, enter your API Key and click OK

4. Allow WebRequest for https://getlogify.io in MT5 options

📈 What is the Learning Tracker?

The Learning Tracker is your personal growth book. Log moments you want to learn from — not as punishment, but as conscious reflection. Choose a category (e.g. "Entered too early" or "FOMO trade"), describe what happened and note what you'll do differently next time. The tracker shows which patterns occur most often so you can grow intentionally.

🚨 What is the Stop Trading Protocol?

The Stop Protocol helps you prevent overtrading and emotional trades. Set your own limits:

🔴 Max losses per day

🔴 Max daily loss in euros

🔴 Max number of trades per day

🔴 Stop after a set time

🔴 Stop after X consecutive losses

When you hit a limit, Logify asks you to reflect — turning a bad day into a learning moment.

📋 What is the Monthly Report?

The Monthly Report automatically generates a complete overview of your month — total P&L, winrate, profit factor, discipline trend, best and worst day, and your most common learning moments. Then click the AI Coach button for strategic feedback on your month as a whole.

🛑 What is the Mindset Vault?

The Mindset Vault is your personal anchor on emotional days. Write reminders to yourself at your best moments and read them back when the market tests you. The STOP button helps you pause before placing an emotional trade. You can also save your "why" — why do you trade, and what does overtrading really cost you?

🛡️ What is Logify Live Guard?

Live Guard is your personal discipline guardian. It analyzes your trading data and learns your personal patterns — when you trade impulsively, which days you perform worse, how you react after a loss. Based on this, Guard warns you before you make a mistake, not after.

⚡ How do I activate Guard?

Guard needs at least 20 trades to learn your patterns. Once you have that, go to 🛡️ Live Guard in the menu and click "Generate Guard profile". Guard analyzes all your data and creates a personal profile. After that, you'll get a daily morning briefing on your dashboard and warnings at risky moments.

🚨 Guard gives a warning — do I have to stop?

No — Guard never blocks you. You always decide. Guard warns based on your historical patterns and says: "Historically you make more mistakes at this moment." You can always choose to proceed. The goal is awareness, not policing.

⚙️ Can I customize everything to my own style?

Yes — Logify adapts to you, not the other way around. You can customize: Discipline Score rules, Stop Protocol limits, your own setups for trades, account names, checklist points and more. Everything that is set by default can be changed or removed.

📱 Does Logify work on my phone?

Logify works in any modern browser, including on your smartphone. Open getlogify.io on your phone to access all features. For the best experience we recommend desktop or laptop, but mobile works great for quickly logging a trade or keeping your journal.

🔒 Is my data safe?

1. About Logify

Logify is a digital trading journal offered by Wim Peters, based in Groningen, the Netherlands. By using Logify you agree to these terms.

2. Use of the service

Logify is intended for personal use as a trading journal only. You may not resell, copy or modify the software without written permission. You are responsible for the security of your account and password.

3. Subscription and payment

Logify offers a free basic version and a paid Pro subscription (monthly or yearly). Payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy, our payment partner. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and is responsible for processing payments and taxes.

4. Trial period

New users get 14 days of free access to all Pro features. After the trial period, access is automatically reduced to the free basic version, unless you subscribe.

5. Liability

Logify is a journaling tool and does not provide financial advice. We are not liable for trading decisions or losses arising from the use of the app. Always use the information in Logify in combination with your own research and judgment.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. For significant changes you will be notified by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

We collect your email address upon registration, and the data you enter yourself in the app (trades, notes, journal entries). Technical data such as IP address and browser type are automatically logged via our hosting partner Vercel.

2. How do we use your data?

Your data is used solely to provide the service. We never sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

3. Storage and security

Your data is stored via Supabase, a secure cloud platform. Payment data is processed by Lemon Squeezy and is never stored by us.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

5. Cookies

Logify uses minimal cookies necessary for the functioning of the app, such as maintaining your login session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Refund Policy

1. Trial period

New users get 14 days of free access to all Pro features. During this period nothing is charged. You do not need to enter a credit card to start the trial.

2. Refund after purchase

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the first payment. Send an email to Logifyjournal@hotmail.com with your email address and the reason for your request.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. After cancellation you retain access until the end of the paid period. No partial refund is given for the remaining period.

4. Annual subscription

The same 7-day guarantee applies to the annual subscription after the first payment. After this period the full annual amount is not refunded.
